SHEFFIELD / TUSCUMBIA LANDING – A big part of the annual OKA KAPASSA Festival is the memorial walk from Tuscumbia Landing back to the big spring. It’s an annual reverse-trek which signifies that Native American Indians have finally come back to their native land from the Indian Territories of the West.

The Quad-Cities Daily was on hand to record the moment in EVENT PHOTOS.
