A Graveside service for Reginald Monroe Carver, age 66, of Decatur, will be held Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 11:30 AM at Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur, Alabama.
He was born December 11, 1956 to Arthur Lynn Carver and Janie Poston Carver in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He passed away November 21, 2023 at his residence in Decatur, Alabama.
He served in both the United States Army and Navy.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Rodney Lynn Carver, and wife, Linda McCulloch Eaton.
He is survived by his sisters, Judy Mitchell (Billy) of Moulton, Paula Batchelor (Wendell), Diane Smith, and Angel Campbell (Clay), all of Decatur; nephews, Lee Carver, Faron Davis, and Eric Davis, all of Decatur, Michael Smith of Chesterland, Ohio, Craig Johnson of Atlanta, Kelly Alexander of Trinity, Justin Shaver of Chattanooga, and Daniel Shaver of Dallas, Texas, and one niece, Jayna Marshall of Decatur.
