Regina Roxanne Pruett, 63, passed away March 11, 2024 in Jackson after a long fought battle with cancer. Gina retired after thirty years with the State of Tennessee. She worked with Tennessee Technology Center, Tennessee Probation and Parole, and Tennessee Wildlife Resources Association. She met many people during her long career. She enjoyed people.
Gina was a member of Center Ridge Church. She loved her church family and was active until illness prevented her attending. She was a loving, generous person. She loved to shop and to spend time with her family and friends. She spent time with both until illness prevented visits with friends.
She is survived by her sister, Charlotte Pruett; her brother, Tony Pruett (Debbie); her niece, Courtney Rickman (Matt); two nephews, Eddie Pruett (Jessi) and Rob Pruett (Jacklyn); and a large extended family of uncles, aunts, and cousins. She was loved by all and will be missed.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM, Wednesday, March 13, 2024 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, 12 – 2 PM.
