Regina Lynn Truitt Neese, 58, of Rogersville died Sunday, November 3, 2024, at Vanderbilt Hospital.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 6, 2024, 11 AM to 1 PM at Clements Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM with Pastor Caleb Gooch officiating. Burial will be at Barnett Cemetery. Elkins East Chapel is assisting the family.
Regina was a devoted member of Clements Baptist Church.
Mrs. Neese was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Glen and Betty Jane Smith.
She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Jerry Neese; three children, Anna Victoria Musgraves (Evan), Sara Kathryn Summerlin, and Colin Christopher Truitt; stepson, Jebby Neese; grandchildren, Harrison Musgraves, Owen Musgraves, Liam Summerlin, Ezekial Caris, Morgan Stricklin (C.J.), Gunner Neese, and John Michael Neese; great-grandchild, Rhett Brewer Stricklin; brother, Timothy Glyn Smith (Regina).
Pallbearers will be Mitchem Smith, Jebby Neese, Evan Musgraves, Daniel Sampson, Jeff Smith, and Jesse Grigsby.
