Regina Kay Willoughby of Cullman passed away November 10, 2018 at the age of 60. She was born in Cullman February 16, 1958 to William Ray and Jimmie Lou Childers Knop. She is preceded in death by her father. Funeral services are Thursday November 15, 2018 at Livingston Chapel Church at 11 AM with Rev. Ron Collett officiating. Mrs. Willoughby will lie in state at the church from 10 AM until 11 AM Thursday. Interment will follow in Livingston Chapel Cemetery. Survivors are her husband Tim Willoughby, daughter Meghan (Justin) Epperly, son Christian (LeAnne) Willoughby, grandsons Liam and Boone Epperly and John Willoughby, mother Jimmie Gable, step father Earnesteen Gable and a host of other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Chapel Hands Ministry Food Pantry. Visitation is Wednesday from 6 PM until 8 PM at Moss Funeral Home in Cullman Alabama.
