Mr. Reeve Frizzell “Bobo” Brock, age 59, of the Wheel Community of Bedford County, died Saturday, November 15, 2014 in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Mr. Brock was born in Bledsoe County, Tennessee and was a son of the late Willard Elmer and Evelyn Marie Fann Brock. He worked for many years for Eaton Corp. of Shelbyville and was the assistant pastor of Old Time Pentecostal Way Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Brock.
Mr. Brock is survived by two sons, Isaac Preston Brock and Adam Reeve Brock, both of the Wheel Community; six sisters, Sister Sylvia Bourland, of Georgia, Linda Arthur, Lexington, N.C., Annette Montville, Lynnville, TN, Francell Cook, Chapel Hill, TN, Avis Sheppard, Unionville, TN, Nila Baxter, Chapel Hill, TN; two brothers, Willard Brock, Chapel Hill, TN, Allen Brock, Wheel Comm.; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Sheppard , Rev. Jimmy Tedder and Bro. Orville Nichols officiating. Burial will follow in Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill.
Wayne Smotherman, Joseph Brady, Mike Moorehead, Terry Lynn Brock, Jason Brock and Larry Haggard will serve as pallbearers.
