Rebecca “Reba” Kristie Turner, 55, of Corinth, Mississippi went to rest in her eternal home on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her family. Reba was born July 6, 1969 to the late Charles “Chuck” Spaulding and Shirlee Marie Hanson Smith.
Reba attended Waukegan East High School and later attended Northeast Community College receiving her degree as a medical lab tech. She worked at Delta in Tupelo, Mississippi until their closure. After receiving her degree she worked for Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville, Mississippi, Jackson General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee, The Alcorn County Health Department, Acco Brands, and finished her career at Tempur Sealy.
Reba had a passion for animals and enjoyed sharing her passion with her children, nieces, and nephews, all whom have fond memories of visiting her on the farm with Donnie. Reba was always quick to lend a hand to people in need and left this world knowing she was loved by many.
Reba was greeted in her new home by her maternal and paternal grandparents; her parents; and step-father, William Peter Smith.
Reba leaves behind her legacy of her children; Kyle Scott Conner (Catie) and Tabitha Solesbee; grandchildren, Jackson, Paxton, Phoenix, and Sebastian; sisters, Elizabeth Spaulding Zink and Angela Smith Travetto; niece, Kristina Smith Luster; nephews, Dustin James Bunnell (Berenice) and Robert Allen Zink; friend and confident, Donnie Turner; as well as a host of cousins and extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Reba, is scheduled to be held Monday, March 31, 2025 from one o’clock in the afternoon until four o’clock in the afternoon, at McPeters Funeral Directors in Corinth, Mississippi. McPeters address is; 1951 East Third Street Corinth, Mississippi 38834.
