Rebecca Kaye WingoFuneral service for Rebecca Kaye Wingo, 71, will be Monday, October 21, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Kinney officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Etha Baptist Church Cemetery . Visitation will be Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wingo passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at her residence. She was born May 11, 1953, in Cullman County, to David Franklin Cook and Lillie Cone Cook.

She was a Christian lady, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She enjoyed reading, crochet, and crossword puzzles. She was a member of Life Point Church.

Preceding her in death were her husband, James “Jim” Wingo, her parents, Brothers; Billy Cook, Mickey Cook, and Ton Cook and Sisters: Barbara Duckett and Faye Cook, and a son-in-law; Mark Pelzer.

Survivors include

Daughters- Tonya Pelzer
Sonya Baker (James)

Brother – Joe Cook

Sisters – Francis Whitehead
Charlotte Clements

Eight Grandchildren

Eleven Great Grandchildren

Pallbearers will be Jesse Watwood, Josh Watwood, Tyler Leathers, Jake Lawson, Kirk Watwood, and Jason Cook.
