Rebecca Jean Robertson, 85, of Huntsville, died Wednesday. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Douglas B. Robertson. Mrs. Robertson was a member of the Madison County Sports of Fame and ADK Teacher’s Sorority. She retired after 35 years of teaching at S.R. Butler High School.
Survivors include sister, Shirley Jenkins and Husband, Terro James Jenkins, Jr.; grandchildren, Pam McGee and Wes Robertson; nephews, Terro James Jenkins III and wife, Silvana, William Brown and wife, Ann; niece, Mona Carter and husband, Ricky Carter; great-niece, Karen Carter; and great-nephew, Raymond Carter.
Visitation will be from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will immediately follow in the chapel with Kim Teehan officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
