Rebecca “Becky” Wagnon McBride went to her forever home on April 19th, 2023. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Becky and her sister Anne were The Wagnon Sisters and remained very close throughout their lives. They appeared on The Ed Sullivan Show and had a recording contract with RCA. Becky loved entertaining a crowd. She had an amazing voice and would always find a way to start singing.  Becky was also very lucky to have her little brother Tim and she loved him dearly. She loved her two daughters deeply and would do anything in the world for them. She could tell great stories and made everyone laugh around her. Becky loved to go on long rides on Natchez Trace Parkway with her beloved dog Sam riding shotgun. She also loved being around her loved ones and you never knew what she was going to say next. She was always cheerful with a beautiful smile on her face. She is probably singing with the angels in heaven as we speak. Becky was one of a kind.

She will be dearly missed by her daughters Beverly McBride and Valerie Drummonds (David); grandchildren Erika Emerson, Will Emerson, Nikki Dexter, Bailey Dexter, Grey Drummonds, and Anniston Drummonds; great grandchild Savannah Eugene; sister Anne Bevis (Jim); brother Tim Wagnon (Cindy); nieces/nephews Melody Baker (Bobby), Robyn Balcolm (Perry), Amy Poe (Steve), Holly Allen (Jim), April Nelms (Daniel), Adam Wagnon (Alison), Judy Armor (Jerry), Chris McBride (Rene). Becky also has many great nieces and nephews that she held dear to her heart and felt blessed to have.

We will remember the joy Becky brought to so many people in her life and hope she is bringing joy to everyone she meets in heaven.

The family has already had a private memorial to celebrate Becky.
