Rebecca “Becky” Phelps Talley age 67, of Arab passed away Thurs. Aug. 26, 2021, at Marshall Medical Center North. Becky was born on Aug. 16, 1953, in Marshall County, the Daughter of Austin Daniel Alexander and Margaret Virginia Bryan Alexander. She was married to Tony Phelps who preceded her in death and later married Homer Talley. They enjoyed camping and traveling, spending time with family and friends. She was a member of Summit Church. She is survived by her Husband: Homer Talley; Son: Brian (Christina) Phelps; Step Children: Nikki (Steven) Wade, Lora Medders, Allen Talley and Bruce Talley; Siblings: Virginia (Larry) Bryant, Phillip Gregory Alexander, Randy Lynn Alexander, Margaret Ramona McKenzie and Michael Wayne Alexander; Grandchildren: Austin (Morgan) Phelps and Dale (Emma) Phelps; Step Grandchildren: Jacob, Aiden, Kenny, Isaac, Erek, Derek, Savannah, Katie, Destiny, Liam and Whitney; Host of Great Grandchilden; She was preceded in death by her Brothers: Henry Daniel Alexander, Kenneth LaDon Alexander; Grandson: Kenneth Phelps; Step Daughter: Tina Wray and Step Grandson: Gage Wray. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday Sept. 12, 2021, at 2 PM at Summit Church with Bro. Russell Pinyan officiating. Gober Funeral Chapel is assisting the family.
