Reba Dianne Trapp Britnell, age 62, of Russellville, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Dianne was the most tender hearted, compassionate, and generous lady. She loved being outside enjoying God’s blessings and beauty. She was an avid reader, loved John Wayne movies, devoted Alabama fan and a true Dale Earnhardt and Nascar fan.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Trapp; baby sister, Cathy Ann Trapp; and grandparents, Cecil & Etta Harbin, William Trapp, and Dorothy Trapp Stewart.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her long-time partner, Daniel Wyble; children, Alisha Britnell, Ben Britnell; mother, Reba Harbin Pace; siblings, Carol Swinney, Jerry Wayne Trapp (Pat); special aunt, Deborah Nicholson; lots of adopted grandchildren of her heart; special great-nephew, Jackson Swinney; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
The visitation will be 3:00 – 4:00 Friday, February 02, 2024, at Spry Memorial Chapel. A memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Spry Memorial.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all of the nurses at North Alabama Hospice, our special nurse, Keshia and our bath nurse, Grace Gunn for the love and care shown to our family.
