Reba Dell Christian WarrenReba Dell Christian Warren passed away on November 3rd, 2024 peacefully at her home at age 99. She was born on May 4th, 1925 to Holly Dell and Lucy Christian in Berry, Alabama. She grew up in Berry, and then moved to Jasper, where she went to nursing school and became a nurse. She met her “soon-to-be” husband, Elzie, as a patient. They later married in 1945 and had 7 children together.

Reba was a dedicated, life-long Christian and loved God with all her heart. She was a devoted and compassionate mother, and cherished being with her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Her happiest times were when she was solving her puzzles, sitting on her porch, cooking for the holidays, and reading her Bible. She had the most gentle and selfless soul, radiated positivity, and was eternally grateful for each and every day. While she loved being here surrounded by her family, she is now at peace and rejoicing in Heaven.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Holly Dell and Lucy Christian; husband of 58 years, Elzie R. Warren; daughter, Wanda Fuller; granddaughter, Marnie Lamon; sister, Olive Christian Ushery; brothers, Charles Christian, Denver Christian, and Johnny Christian; and son- in-law, Carlon Kilgore.

She leaves behind six children – Ann Warren Kilgore, Linda Warren Blanton (Bruce), Deb Warren Lamon (Jim), Dennis Warren (Marylyn), Shelby Warren Graves, and Rhonda Warren Banker. In addition, she leaves behind many generations – 18 grandchildren, 19 great- grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren,

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024 at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Visitation will be at 1:30, followed by a funeral service at 2:30. Jeff Allred and Don Graham will officiate. A private burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her beloved grandsons: Tim Kilgore, Steven Blanton, Brian Fuller, Eric Fuller, Ross Lamon, Heath Warren, Jeremy Graves and John Banker.
