Funeral services for Mr. Raymond Lee Middleton, age 77, are scheduled for 3 PM, Saturday, November 23, 2019 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Henderson County Memory Gardens. Mr. Middleton passed away late Thursday at his home near Lexington. He was born March 25, 1942 in Henderson County to the late Arlie and Alice Moody Middleton. He served in the National Guard and was a retired mechanic that started his career at the Lion Station and retired from MFA. He enjoyed fishing and Nascar and loved his granddaughter, Bristol aka “Nubbin”. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Ray, Jr., and Harold Wayne Middleton. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Mrs. Jennet Powers Middleton; two sons, Greg “Pudge” Middleton (Lisa) and Rodney “Elrod” Middleton (Jill); one brother, Jerry Middleton; and his granddaughter, Bristol Chevelle Middleton.
