Raymond Kenneth Payne Sr., 69, formerly of Lawrence County, Tennessee, died Monday, March 21, 2016. The funeral will be 1 p.m. today at Centerpoint Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.
