Raymond Edward Madden, age 73, of Tuscumbia (formerly of Russellville) passed away on Monday, March 18, 2024, at Tri-Star Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
Raymond was raised in the Church of Christ and was a faithful member of Cox Blvd Church of Christ until his health kept him from attending services. He was a good man, a loving, dedicated, and loyal husband. He loved spending time watching westerns, hunting and fishing.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 23 years, Joni James Madden; daughter, Tara Molly Tate (Amos Christopher); grandchildren, Eleanor Ruth Holmes, Mindy June Holmes, Willow Ann Christopher, Violet Autherine Christopher.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Nellie (Harrison) Madden, sister, Frances Ann Madden, and brother, Glen Madden.
Plans for a memorial service will be announced as soon as they become available.
