Raymond Albea was born on January 27, 1937 to Lenthus and Eva Albea. Raymond accepted Christ at an early age. He was a faithful member of Badgett Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church where he served as a Deacon.
Raymond graduated from high school at Trenton Rosenwald in Trenton, TN. He retired from Dana Corporation in Humboldt, TN. He enjoyed going to basketball games, working outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his memories his five children, Sherry (Greg) Vinson, Fareed Talib-Din, Gary Albea, Debbie Albea and Dennis (Yolanda) Albea; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three sisters, Mattie White, Robenia Bailey and Evelyn Partee; one brother, Lenthus (Ann) Albea Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Raymond was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Albea; parents, Lenthus and Eva Albea; grandson, Darius Talib-Din; brothers, Aaron, Ray and John Lee Albea; and sister, Mary Frances Mays.
