Ray Ashley, 82, died Friday, May 17, 2013. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. today at New Union Missionary Baptist Church, Red Bay. Services will be 4 p.m. today at the church, with burial in Halltown Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, is directing. He was a veteran of the U.S.Army, serving during the Korean War.
