Rawlin Hazel Plant, 3 weeks old, passed away on June 27, 2019 at Centennial Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
Rawlin was born prematurely at 27 weeks at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee on June 6, 2019. She fought hard to stay with us. She is survived by her identical twin, Raegan who will carry Rawlin’s spirit with her always. She is loved and will be dearly missed.
She is also survived by her parents: Jere W. and Jada Anne Plant; siblings: Nathan, Mason, and Channin Finerty and Laynie Plant; grandparents: Jere C. and Jackie Plant and Cathy (Ronnie) Garland and grandfather: John Luke; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There will be a Graveside Service on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 12 Noon at Polk Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Angels with Rawlin’s Grandfather, Jere C. Plant, officiating.
