Graveside service for Randy Scott, age 59, of Town Creek, will be 2:30 p .m. on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at Gray Rock Cemetery with Bro. Jonathan Cole officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Scott, who died Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at Grandview Medical Center, was born January 2, 1964, in Alabama to Odell Scott and Evelyn Peoples Scott.. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Roger Scott; sister, Brenda Kirby; and grandchild, Maverick Dutton. Randy was an avid Alabama football fan who enjoyed spending time with famly, listening to music, and grilling and feeding everyone.
He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Scott; two sons, Austin Scott (Starla) and Randy Scott, Jr.; two daughters, Samantha Dutton (Jonathan) and Nicole Miller (Kyle); four brothers, Tony Scott, Bobby Scott, Stony Stephens, and Morris Stephens; and eight grandchildren, Addyson Faye Scott, John-Louis Dutton, Tanner Jones, Drey Scott, Makayla Scott, Hannah Scott, Andrew Scott, and Lucas Scott.
Pallbearers will be Stony Stephens, Tony Scott, Bobby Scott, Austin Scott, Jonathan Dutton, and Caleb Scott.
