Randy Lee Miller Randy Lee Miller, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully at his home on December 23, 2024. Born on October 15, 1957, to the late Hulette and Carrie Holloway Miller, Randy was a lifelong resident of Pontotoc, Mississippi. He graduated from South Pontotoc High School and went on to work at Riveria Shirt Factory and several furniture factories in the area. He retired from the City of Pontotoc Gas Department in January 2023. In addition to his full-time job, Randy was a master carpenter and woodworker, known for building cabinets for many homes in the area. He was a man with a heart of gold, always willing to help the elderly or a friend in need, and never sought accolades for his good deeds.

Randy was a devoted member of West Heights Baptist Church, where he served with the Mission Trailer Ministry. His deep faith in God guided him throughout his life, and he was actively involved in local missions and the Baptist Children’s Village. He also used his carpentry skills on several mission trips to Delaware, Louisiana, Colorado, and Maryland to help build churches.

Randy is survived by his loving wife, Patti Frazier Miller; his children, Rebekah Jensen and her husband Justin, Dean Miller, and Hayes Gregory and his wife Mandy; his grandchildren, John Ryan Jensen, Chase Miller, Mallory Wilder, Logan Miller, Ethan Miller, Allison Gregory, and Andrew Yon; two great-grandchildren; his twin brother Ricky Miller and his wife Pat; and his nephew Joe Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 27, 2024, at West Heights Baptist Church in Pontotoc, Mississippi. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on December 26th at Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on December 27th at West Heights Baptist Church. Burial will be private.

Pallbearers will be Evan Corder, Jessie Duff, Tommy Duke, David Owen, Nick Owens, Eric Pettit, and Dustin Simmons. Honorary pallbearers include present and former employees of the City of Pontotoc Gas Department and Rick McGregor.
