Randy Lane Solomon, 58, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Tupelo, MS to James Robert and Louise Payne Solomon. He worked as a car salesman and car detailer for many years. He was a member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Friday, December 27, 3 p.m. at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. William McClellan and Bro. Glenn Bridgmon officiating. Visitation will be Friday, December 27, 1-3 p.m. Burial will be in New Bethel Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his children, Karman Pounds (Kolby), Tanner Solomon and Brandon Tesseneer (Aly); his mother, Louise Solomon; grandchildren, Tessleigh, Ella and Reid Solomon, Teagan Mobly, Wesson and Keaton Pounds and Jack Tesseneer; his sister, Sherry Bolding; his brother, Robbie Solomon and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; a grandson, Tansen Solomon and his brother-in-law, Michael Bolding.
Pallbearers will be Garrett Solomon, Jay Solomon, Chad Bolding, Gentry Cleveland, John McGee and David Spencer. Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Tesseneer, Braxyn Tesseneer, Tanner Solomon and Donnie Mac Wanner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Deaton Funeral Home.
