Randall Dean Franklin was born on June 1, 1963, in Santa Paula, California, the son of Peggy Autry Franklin and the late Bill Franklin.
On February 14, 2003, he was united in marriage to Sharla Blevins, who survives. Together, they built a life filled with love.
Randall worked as an optician. He was a member of Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Savannah, Tennessee. In his spare time, he loved watching sports, especially Notre Dame football. He also enjoyed cooking and loved to prepare meals for his family. Randall will be remembered for his infectious humor and contagious laughter, that gave him the ability to make everyone around him laugh.
Randall Dean Franklin departed this life on November 29, 2023, in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 60 years, 5 months, and 28 days.
He is survived by his wife, Sharla Franklin of Adamsville, Tennessee; daughter, Brooke McCammon of Parsons, Tennessee; son, William McCammon of Adamsville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Asher McCammon of Savannah, Tennessee, Kinsley McCammon of Savannah, Tennessee, and Kali Hatch of Parsons, Tennessee; mother, Peggy Franklin of Savannah, Tennessee; and sister, Susan Blythestone.
In addition to his father, Randall was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Franklin.
