Ralph Franklin York, I, age 71, of Haleyville, Alabama passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Lakeland Community Hospital. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, October 6, 2012 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, a memorial service will follow at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel with Dr. Lance Hogan officiating. He is survived by his children, Wendy Riddle, Ralph York II, and Donald York; grandchildren, Christopher Riddle and wife Dey, Derek Riddle and wife Jessica, Summerlynn York and Ashton York; great grandchildren Kaylee Riddle, Tucker Riddle, Trey Riddle and Allyson Riddle; brother Felton York; sisters, Charlene York and Betty Rice.He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Arbelle York; son, Jeff York; several brothers and sisters
