Rachel Rosemary Carter, age 65, a resident of Columbia, passed away Monday, March 8, 2021 at her residence.
Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Rachel was born on December 9, 1955. She is survived by her sister, Elaine (Bryon) Stoker and brother, Charles Gray. She was preceded in death by her mother, Henrietta Plante McKinnon; husband, Jim Carter; and brother, Tommy Hauver.
