Rachel Moss Long, 67 of Elkmont, passed away on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, at Athens Limestone Hospital. Ms. Long was born on April 28th, 1957, in Athens, to Clifton Moss and Jewel Blakely Moss.
Ms. Long is survived by her daughter Bridget Long (Nick), of Athens; grandchildren Lucas Long, of Madison, Austin Long, of Elkmont, and Alex Shoulders, of Athens; great-grandchild Ellie Long; brothers George Moss (Becky), and Junior Moss (Sheila); and sisters Ann Dendy and Judy Toon (John).
She is preceded in death by her parents; and 6 siblings.
A service will be planned at a later date.
