Funeral service will be 12:00 noon, Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the Round Island Mission Center (13829 Lucas Ferry Rd, Athens, AL 35611) with Pastor Willie Byrd officiating. Interment will be in the Sowell Cemetery. Mr. Steele will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Friday, October 13, 2023, and 8:30 until 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the Royal Funeral Home – Mason Chapel.
