Pisgah Man Dies From Injuries Received In Two-Vehicle Accident

DUTTON-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a two-vehicle accident that has taken the life of one person and sent two other individuals to hospital:

“A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 5:05 p.m. Monday, October 27, has claimed the life of a Pisgah man.

Timothy A. Bradford, 60, was fatally injured when the 2006 Buick LaCrosse that he was driving collided head-on with a 2017 Ram 1500 driven by Jesus Garcia, 59, of Sylvania. After the initial impact, the Buick left the roadway and overturned into a ditch. Bradford was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Jesus Garcia and Norma L. Garcia, 55, of Sylvania, who was a passenger in the Ram, were both injured and transported to Dekalb Regional Medical Center in Fort Payne for treatment.

The crash occurred on Alabama 40 near Jackson County 418, approximately two miles north of Dutton, in Jackson County.

Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
