Phyllis K. Richard Parrish, age 61, of Florence, passed away Monday, May 13, 2013. There will be no services per her request.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.
Preceding her in death are parents, Dave F. Parrish and Helen F. Dyer Wood; her daughter, Sabrina Blackmen; and brothers, Gary and Terry Parrish.
Survivors are son, Brent W. Loggins, Michigan City, Ind.; and daughter, Shelly K. Parrish Stanley, of Florence; granddaughters, Jenna Mitchell, of Florence, and Ellie Ann Loggins, of Michigan City, Ind.; sister, Shirley F. Parrish Hensley, of Florence, Annie Parrish Early and Helen Parrish Bee, of Florence.
Also surviving are nephews, Jeff, Scott, Tim Gallagher, of Florence, Mathew Hensley and David Parrish; niece, Tina Gallagher Watson ,of Orlando, Fla.; her best friend of 30 years, James Lettsinger; and friend, Gary Carmack.
She has eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
