Phyllis Ann Gibbs, 62, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
She is survived by her children, April Moore, Anna Moore, Tesa Jenkins, and Jessica Basabe; son-in-law, Noe Degante; grandchildren, Christian Moore, Elijah Degante, Jacob Moore, Haven Degante, Bryleigh Moore, Natalie Payne, and Audriana Basabe; great-grandchild, Leilani Moore Cabrera; sister, Teresa Leach; brother, Gerald Franklin Gibb, Jr.; nieces, Kaley Leach and Valerie Schockney (James); nephew, Kevin Leach (Rachel); great-niece, Lila Leach; and great-nephews, Isaiah and Alexander.
She is preceded by her parents, Gerald and Anna Gibbs; and niece, Amber Malik.
