Phyllis Ann Bigham, 76, died Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born December 16, 1938, in Boone County, WV, to George Ura Coon and Lizzie Ethel Keeney Coon. She worked in administration for Boeing.
Mrs. Bigham is survived by her loving husband, Joe Frank Bigham; two daughters, Terrie Clifton (Joe) of Decatur and Erica Cohen (Brad) of MO; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
