Phyllis Ann Bailey, age 73 of Hazel Green passed away May 6, 2017.
Mrs. Bailey is survived by three children Billy Gene Morton (Katrina), Danny Morton, Sr. (Tasha), Kay Morton; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Mrs. Bailey is Monday, May 8, 2017, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. The funeral service is Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Erskine Drake.
