Phillip Russell Elliott, 56, of Sumiton, passed away July 5, 2024, at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 11am in the chapel of New Horizon Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens.
Phillip was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Russell. He is survived by his mother Linda Cairns, sister Martha Hinkle, niece Jennifer and nephew Thomas.
Phillip enjoyed the outdoors, cutting his grass and watching ball games, especially the Auburn Tigers.
