Phillip Ray Anglin, age 62, of Russellville, Alabama, passed away June 24, 2024. Phillip was born and raised in Russellville and attended the “God Cares For You Worship Center” in Russellville.
A memorial service will be held for Phillip and will be announced at a later date determined by the family.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Serena Anglin; Children, Krystle McCollum (James), Timothy Downard (Kimberly), Nathaniel Downard (Molly), and Sara Downard.
Grandchildren include Madilynne Burcham, Morgan Burcham, Kenzie Downard, Eli Downard, Dixon Parks, Serenity Parks, and Destiny Parks, Jameson Blake McCollum.
