Phillip Lee Wiggins, 21, died Friday, Jan. 3, 2014. The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Loretto Memorial Chapel, with burial in Bonnertown Cemetery at a later date. He was a welder with Diverse Fabrications.
