Phillip Lee Tapley, age 46 of Winchester, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021 at The Waters of Winchester. He was born on December 25, 1974 in Stuttgart, Germany. Phillip was a member of New Life, where he enjoyed participating in the activities and spending time with his friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Tapley. Phillip is survived by his loving father, Lealon Tapley of Winchester; siblings, Shane Tapley of Decherd, Randy (Gayle) Tapley of Knob Noster, Missouri, Kimberly Kelly of Ragcliff, Kentucky, and Monica Brooks of Ragcliiff, Kentucky; niece, Haley Tapley of Tullahoma; nephew, Jessie Tapley of Tullahoma; uncles, Danny (Janie) Tapley of Telli City, Indiana, and Earl Syler of Huntland; and caregiver, Tonya Steele of Cowan. Visitation will be from 12-2 pm on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Bro. David Baker officiating.
