  Phillip Wayne FaulkPhillip Faulk, age 70, passed away peacefully in his home in Ethridge, TN, on Thursday morning, August 27, 2020.

He worked in the civil engineering field for 30 years having helped design the I-40 interchange in Knoxville, TN and helped close the gap on I-95 in Florida.

Phillip was a life member of the NRA and a member of the Crockett Friends of NRA. He had been active in the Lawrence County T.E.A. Party marching with them twice in Washington, DC.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Faulk; son, Kenny Ufkin; daughter in law, Jeannine Ufkin; and 9 grandchildren, all of Ethridge, TN. He has 2 sisters: Jen Regan of Ponte Vedra, FL; Kay Berard of Tallassee, Alabama; and 1 brother, Ron Mayo of St. Louis, MO. He has 2 nephews: Robert McKnight of Macclenny, FL; and Darwin McKnight Jr. of Knightdale, NC. He is preceded in death by his sister, Linda Faulk McKnight of Lexington, SC, and 1 granddaughter Aubrey Ufkin of W. Palm Beach, FL.

A memorial service will be held at United Church in Lawrenceburg, TN, on Saturday, September 12, 2020, at 2 PM. Bro. Lester Robbins to officiate. Supper will be provided afterward.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial gift could be made out to Meriwether Lewis Friends of NRA.
