Phillip Eugene Johnson, age 65 of Pulaski, passed away Monday February 14, 2022 at his home. Phillip was born November 29, 1956 in Louisville, KY to James Thelbert and Mary Lois Woodard Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother David Johnson. Visitation will be from 4pm to 8pm Friday February 18, 2022 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 11am Saturday February 19, 2022 at Lynnwood Cemetery with interment to follow. Survivors include his wife Lisa Johnson of Pulaski, son Tyson Johnson of Nashville, daughter Brittiany Tate and husband Dwayne of Pulaski, brother Bruce Johnson of Campbellsville, sister Diane O’Barr of Summertown, grandchildren Josylan Tate, Daviany Tate. Falyn Tate, McKenzie Tate, Leyton Tate, several nieces and nephews also survive.
