Philip Thomas Tracy, 85, of Madison, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2015. He was a native of Chester, PA and a resident of Madison County for over 20 years. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Natalie Kenney. He is survived by his wife, Jerry Lawana Tracy of Madison, AL; daughter, Valerie Maureen Tracy of Madison, AL; son, Philip Michael Tracy of Calende, CO; two grandchildren, Philip John Tracy and Jared Lawrence Smith. No services are planned at this time. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
