Philip Ronald “Ronnie” Devers, Sr., 74, formerly of Collinwood, TN, died October 29, 2020. Visitation will be today from 10 a.m. until service time at Shackelford Funeral Chapel, Collinwood. Funeral will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel with burial in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood.
