Born December 1st, 1960 in Bellingham, Massachusetts to Jeannine Turcotte Gelinas and the late Paul Joseph Gelinas. He was the youngest of 4 boys, who eventually moved to Tennessee, where he found a peaceful living, close to his sons. He enjoyed reading and recalled anything he read, like he had just finished the book. He also loved working with his hands, which he did as a maintenance mechanic in the industrial world, for the better part of his life. He enjoyed spending time with his sons, which brought him much joy, he always showed kindness, compassion, and helped out when he could.
Survivors include his two sons, Zachary Gelinas and Adam Gelinas both of Columbia; mother, Jeannine Turcotte Gelinas of North Smithfield, Rhode Island; mother of his children, Annette Gelinas of Columbia; three brothers, Roland Gelinas, Donald Gelinas, and Jean Paul “J.P.” Gelinas; and several nieces and nephews.
