Funeral services for Mr. Phil T. Foster Jr., age 87, are scheduled for 3 PM on Sunday May 29, 2016 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Lexington Cemetery. Mr. Phil passed away on Friday May 27, 2016 at his home in Lexington. Born September 5, 1928 to the late Phillip Thomas Foster Sr. and Rosie Hardin Foster, he was a retired Night Watchman at Johnson Controls and a retired Groundskeeper at Pine Tree Golf Course. He was preceded in death by a brother, Henry Foster, and sister, Mollie Perkins. Survivors include, his wife of 65 years, Joyce Nell James Foster, two daughters, Patricia (Lyndal) Stanford and Rose Mary (Steve) Lewis, three grandchildren; Michael Stanford (Stephanie),Misty (Craig) Wallace, and Mandy (Kevin) Russell, and 7 great grandchildren; Desiree, Chloe, Sarah, Rebekah, Jacob, Samuel, and Nathan.
