Phil A. Douglas , age 55 of Westpoint, TN passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at NHC Healthcare Pulaski after a brief illness. He was a native of Lawrence County,TN and of the Pentecostal faith. Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 1:00 pm. Dusty Frierson will be officiating. Burial will follow in Westpoint Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
