Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at the St. James Primitive Baptist Church (1093 Fairbanks Street, Huntsville, AL 35816) with Pastor Billy Jones officiating. Interment will be in Conley Cemetery. Mr. Townsend will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 12, 2017, and from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at the Royal Funeral Home.
