Percy Lee Flint – Obituary

Percy Lee Flint, age 80, of Leighton, Alabama, passed away Friday, March 4, 2016. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at Colbert Memorial Chapel from 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at 12 p.m., with burial to follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Greg Flint and Brother Gerald Flint will be officiating.
He is preceded in death by parents, James and Bessie Flint; brothers, Oliver and George Flint; sister, Annie Pearl Flint Adams; sister-in-law, Doris Flint.
Survivors are his wife of 40 years, Ethel Flint of Leighton, Alabama; son, Lee Flint (Jennifer), granddaughter, Addison Flint, all of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; sisters, Frances Louise Algee, Olivia Thompson (Arthur), Edwina Flint Hart, Bobbie Flint Patterson, Karen Flint; sister-in-law, Louise Flint; brothers-in-law, James Edward Adams and Willie Madden; a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
He was a member of the United Auto Workers, and also member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Flint was an auto worker retired from Ford and General Motors.
Colbert Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
