Penny Nichols passed away on October 7, 2024 at age 65. The Funeral Service is 1 p.m. Thursday, October 10, 2024 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. Interment in Wilson County Memorial will follow the service. Pallbearers: John Nichols, Josh Reese, Courtney Reese, Chasity Reese, Jason and Jessica Mendez, Kevin Oliver, Brooke Nichols, and Mitchell Mcafee. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 12 p.m. until the service at 1 p.m.
Penny Dawne Nichols was born in Pittsburg PA to Betty Jane Harris Nichols and Harrie W. Nichols. She was a Pittsburg Steelers football girl first and foremost. She worked as a forklift driver for Teknia Automotive more than 20 years. Family was everything to her. She loved going to the ocean, taking long drives, and taking weekend getaways.
Penny is survived by her siblings: John (Brenda) Nichols, Kimberly Nichols, Greg Nichols, and Bonnie (Kevin) Oliver; nieces and nephews: Machelle (Keven), Jason (Jodi), Jessica (Mitchell), Josh, Lucas, Chasity, Courtney, and Brooke (Sully); and 6 great nieces and great nephews. She is preceded in death by parents Betty Jane and Harrie Nichols.
