Peggy Webb Brewer of Cypress Inn, TN was born September 30, 1944 in Florence, AL, the daughter of the late William Jeff and Gladys Lorene Myhan Webb. She was united in marriage to James Wiley Brewer on September 9, 1962. and he her in death on April 14, 1996.
Mrs. Brewer held the office of Register of Deeds for Wayne County, TN for many years and was a member of the Lutts Baptist Church, Lutts, Tennessee.
Mrs. Brewer departed this life on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 10 Months, 8 Days.
She is survived by a daughter, Tisha C. Baldwin and husband, Edward and grandsons, Jameson (Jay), Brock, and Trent Baldwin all of Brentwood, TN;
brothers, Bobby Webb of Waynesboro, TN, James Marshall Webb of Memphis, TN; nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Brewer was preceded in death by a brother, William Ralph Webb.
Services will be held on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee. Burial will follow in the McGlamery Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Visitation will be Sunday, August 10, 2014 from 5 pm to 8 pm and Monday, August 11, 2014 from 11 am until service time at the funera home.
