Peggy Sue Adams, 62 of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 5th, 1960, in Athens, Alabama to Orvil Jerome Goode and Martha Alene White Goode.
Mrs. Adams is survived by her daughter, Starra Hodges (Jason); son, Will Adams (Kelly); grandchildren, Emma Hodges, Ava Hodges, Sawyer Hodges, Jacob Adams, and Mackenzie Adams; brothers Sherrill Bloodworth (Becky) of Lubbock, Texas, and Jim Goode; sister, Jean Roberts; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Adams is proceeded in death by her husband, Billy Wade Adams Jr., and her parents.
A visitation for Mrs. Adams will be held Sunday, October 9th, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that contributions be made to Clearview Cancer Institute.
