Peggy Joyce Brooks Todd, 85 of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at her residence. Mrs. Todd was born July 2, 1935 to Samuel David Brooks and Kathleen Bridgforth Brooks.
Mrs. Todd was a member of First Christian Church, Ladies Civitan, The American Red Cross, The American Heart Association and a board member at Athens Public Library.
She is survived by her husband, Marvin Todd; sons, Andy Todd (Cathy) and Brian Todd; grandsons, Daniel Todd (Lacey), Mat Todd (Summer) and Sam Todd; great grandchildren, Loren Elizabeth Todd, Anna Todd, Ella Brooks Todd, Braxton Todd and Cora Lu Todd.
Graveside services for Mrs. Todd will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Athens City Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. with Clint Coffey officiating.
Pallbearers will be Andy Todd, Brian Todd, Daniel Todd, Mat Todd and Braxton Todd.
