Peggy Holder Thomas, age 81, of Scottsboro, Alabama made her heavenly journey home on Tuesday, December 19th, 2023 after a lengthy illness with Dementia.
Thanks to Cloverdale Nursing Home, nurses and staff for all the love and care they showed Mom, and thanks to Aveanna Hospice for all the love and help they have been to us during this difficult time.
She was preceded in death by her father, William St. Clair; mother, Elah St. Clair; brother, Don St. Clair.
She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Evett (David), Kathy Day, Sonia McAllister, Kathey Black (Phillip), Reda Patterson (David); sons, Ricky Holder, Eddie Holder (Kay); 13 Grandkids, and numerous great grandkids; And great-great grandkids; niece, Jill St. Clair.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Bro. David Patterson officiating. The family will receive friends Friday prior to the funeral service beginning at 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Scottsboro Funeral Home. The burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
